
What you’ll need:
1/2 kilo oxtail or ox tripe cut into serving pieces
1 pouch (57 g) Instant kare-kare mix (peanut sauce)
1/2 cup peanut butter
8 cups water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pc onion chopped
100g pechay
100g sitaw
1 pc eggplant sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
bagoong (sauteed shrimp paste)
Preparation:
-boil oxtail in water. lower the heat and simmer until meat is very tender, adding water as needed, leaving about 1 1/2 cups broth.
-in a heavy saucepan, saute garlic and onion in oil. Add oxtail, stir fry and pour in dissolved kare-kare mx. Add the remaining broth.
-stir and simmer until sauce thickens, add the vegetables. simmer for 3 mins.
-serve with bagoong and rice

Dahil sawa na sa puro pritong isda at dahil din sa 3 yr. old son ko na napakahirap pakainin, pag mommy ka na, kailangan talaga na maging maparaan ka. *wink*

3 dalagang bukid (fried or boiled) shred into pieces
1 sml carrot, choppped
1 sml onion, chopped
1 egg beaten
chicken breading
salt and pepper to taste
bread crumbs
cooking oil for deep frying
Preparation:
- sa isang bowl, paghaluing mabuti ang lahat ng sangkap, pagulungin sa bread crumbs and form into ball.
-sa kawali, i-deep fry lang ang mga nagawa ng nuggets at hintayin na maging brown.
-before i served patiktikin muna sa isang plato na may tissue para mareduce nya yung excess oil.
-perfect with ready made sweet and sour sauce.
