Healthy Fruit Smoothie

Here’s how to make “Healthy Fruit Smoothie”
Ingredients:
* 1 Cup of yogurt (i used strawberry fruit on the bottom)
* 1 Small container of fruit juice (I used 100% juice Mango Passion)
* 1 Banana
* 1 Cup Strawberries
* 1 Cup Raspberries
* 1 Cup Blueberries
Directions:
* Other than that all you need is a blender and a crude measuring system…i just used a glass out of my cabinet that i know is roughly a cup. You can use fresh or frozen fruit. I am using frozen because a) Its what I have and b) it makes for a slightly thicker smoothie without the need of ice cubes The steps are very straightforward: Peel the banana, break it in half, and put into the blender facing up ideally.
* Measure out roughly 1 Cup of one of your fruit selections and dump them in. Thats what one cup of blueberries looks like…I know there’s lots of residual frost which isnt ideal but it will work out fine.
* Repeat this with the other two berries. Dump in the yogurt and between some and all of the juice depending on how you like the consistency of your smoothie. I used 3/4 of the bottle I had which is like 6 ounces or something. Blend. Make sure its good and mixed. I like to rock my blender back and forth as it goes to ensure a healthy mixture. Then pour into a glass and enjoy.
* For my money this drink can’t be beat for good taste and good-for-you-ness. I would recommend against anything citrus not because its bad, but it changes the nature of the drink drastically and, well, i’m a bit of a purist. Enjoy!

Here’s how to make “Fruit Smoothies”
Ingredients:
½ pcs. fresh melon, cubed
2 pcs. bananas, sliced
2 cups of fresh milk
sugar to taste
ice cubes
Directions:
Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix.

Pomelo Juice

Here’s how to prepare “Pomelo Juice”
Ingredients:
1 pc. pomelo
crushed ice
light syrup
Directions:

Using a juicer, extract the juice from one pomelo.

Strain the resulting juice to remove pulb bits.

Place in a blender along with the crushed ice and syrup; blend.

Serve immediately.
Refreshing Lemonade

This lemonade is so refreshing and perfect during hot summer days. And is so simple…….. again perfect for hot days when you dont feel like doing much.
Here’s how to prepare “Refreshing Lemonade”
Ingredients:
* 1/2 Lemon 1 lemon if the size of a golf ball.
* 2 Tbsp Sugar add more/less if desired
* 2 cups Water
* dash (2Tbsp) Milk Optional
Directions:
* Add lemon, sugar and water in a blender.
* Blend until frothy and lemon has been destroyed, add dash of milk and mix again, for 3 seconds or so.
* Pour slowly into cups, using a shift to catch pith and seeds. (make sure you pour slowly, not to lose that forth).
* Add garnishes and enjoy..

Berry Yogurt Smoothie

Here’s how to prepare “Berry Yogurt Smoothie”
Ingredients:
1 (125 gms.) pack Yoplait yoguhurt
1 (160 gms.) pack Magnolia Best Fruits Strawberry Jam
2 cups Magnolia Low Fat Milk
¼ cup sugar
1 cup ice, crushed
4 pcs. mint leaves
Directions:
Blend together the yoghurt, jam, milk, sugar and ice in a blender.
Serve in a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
Serves 4.
Strawberry Margarita

Here’s how to prepare “Strawberry Margarita”
Ingredients:
3/4 jigger Del Monte Strawberry Margarita Syrup
1 scoop crushed ice
Directions:
Dip rim of the glass in colored sugar; set aside.
Blend Del Monte Strawberry Margarita Syrup and crushed ice until smooth.
Pour into glass with sugar rim.
Garnish and serve.
