Here’s how to prepare “Ginumis”
Ingredients:
¼ cup small white sago or tapioca
2 tbsps. panutsa syrup
1/8 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. pinipig
2 scoops ice, crushed
Directions:
*In a glass, put white sago, panutsa syrup and coconut milk.
*Add the crushed ice.
*Top with pinipig.

Here’s how to prepare “Hot Mocha Drink”
Ingredients:
2 (250 ml.) Selecta Moo Chocolate Milk
1 tbsp. instant coffee
½ tsp. vanilla extract
whipped cream for topping
chocolate curls for garnishing
Directions:
*In a saucepan, combine Selecta Moo Chocolate Milk, coffee and vanilla extract.
*Simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.
*Stir before serving.
*Pour into a nice cup, pipe out whipped cream and top with chocolate shavings.
*Serve hot with churros, if desired.
*To prepare the sauce:
Melt margarine and chocolate on top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir in sugar and cocoa, then milk, vanilla extract and salt. Continue cooking and stirring until the sauce is thickened.

Here’s how to make Milky Cucumber Shake
Ingredients:
1-½ pcs. fresh cucumber, peeled
½ cup Magnolia Fresh Milk
3/4 cup simple syrup
4 cups ice
For the simple syrup:
½ cup white sugar ½ cup water
Directions:
Remove seeds of the cucumber by scraping the flesh with a spoon.
Slice into big chunks then put in blender.
Add milk, simple syrup and ice.
Blend well.
To make simple syrup:
Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
Cool before using.
Makes 5 servings.
