
Ingredients :
1/2 kilo chicken (adobo cut)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 pc. onion chopped
peppercorn
2 boiled eggs
1 tsp patis
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
water
Preparation :
- mix well all the ingredient, except the boiled egg..
- let it simmer for about 30-45 mins or till chicken is done, add some water (if needed)
-add the eggs.
-you can add some brown sugar, if you want a sweeter taste.

What you’ll need :
1/2 chicken (cut into serving pieces)
ginger (cut into strips)
1 sml red onion (chopped)
1 sml sayote or green papaya (quartered)
dahon ng sili or malunggay
1 chicken cubes
asin or patis
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 cups of water
How to cook it:
- igisa lang ang manok sa sibuyas at luya, hayaang mag-brown ang manok.
-lagyan ng tubig hayaang kumulo at lumambot ang karne, ilagay ang broth cubes at kaunting asin or patis
-saka ilagay ang sayote/papaya, pag malambot na ang gulay, saka ilagay ang dahon ng sili at patayin ang kalan, hayaan init nito ang makaluto..
