
Ingredients:
2 whole Tilapia
1 onion, diced
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 pack pechay
salt and pepper
100 ml coconut cream
Procedure:
-In a casserole, arrange fish and spices
-Pour in coconut milk
-Boil for ten minutes
-Add pechay
-Season with salt and pepper
-Cook until vegetables are done
-Serve hot with steamed rice
