
Here’s how to cook “Gulay na Maiz”
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cloves onion, chopped
100 grams celery, chopped
whipping cream
1 can evaporated milk
500 gms. corn.
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cornstarch with water soup stock
Directions:
Grate the corn kernels. Saute in butter, add chopped onions and celery. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add the soup stock and mix with evaporated milk and whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper. Add cornstarch to thicken the soup. Pour in a serving bowl and serve hot.

Ingredient:
1 kilo BUKO meat
1 pack gelatin powder (green color)
6 Cups of Buko Juice/Water
Pandan leaves
1 can Condensed Milk
1 can all-purpose cream
1 can Corn Kernel (well drained)
how to prepare it:
-paghaluin lang ang lahat ng sangkap, except sa buko juice,� pandan at gelatin powder
-pag napaghalo na lahat pati ang gelatin mixture, ilagay na sa ref.
-maaring dagdagan ng condensed milk, depende sa tamis na gusto nyo.:)
for the gelatin mixture:
-just add 6 cups of buko juice or kahit tubig sa 1 pack na gelatin powder, mix well hanggang matunaw ang powder
-ilagay ang dahon ng pandan, isalang sa kalan at hinaan lang ang apoy, haluin lang for 5 mins.
-tanggalin muna ang dahon ng pandan at
-ibuhos sa mangkok or kahit saang hulmahan
-palamigin/patigasin
-cut into small cubes
